In my opinion, the music score by Brad Fiedel could not be bettered in that it suits every scene and has elements which resemble sounds and sometimes buzzes made by metal objects and processes such as hammers, anvils, steel milling. The character of Linda Hamilton has developed owing to the sheer urgency and enormity of the burden carried and to her ferocious love and protectiveness for her son. The action sequences are many and all are exciting, original and staggeringly good. You will believe that Arnold Schwarzenegger and Robert Patrick are machines, so good are their poise, movements and speech and so good are the special effects whether that be glimpses of the metal exo-skeleton under damaged living tissue or the jaw-dropping morphing from and into various states of Robert Patrick.
